Characteristics

Filmtec BW30-400/34 RO water filter membrane is designed to minimize pressure loss, enhance fouling resistance with a 34 mil feed spacer, and facilitate easy cleaning. The product is made of durable Polyamide synthetic plastic with good impact resistance.

Recommendations for Use

Regularly clean and replace the membrane to ensure maximum water filtration efficiency.
Avoid sudden changes in pressure or cross-flow rates on the spiral components during startup, shutdown, cleaning, or other sequences to prevent potential membrane damage. During startup, gradually transition from standstill to operational state as follows: Feed pressure should increase gradually over a period of 30-60 seconds. It is advisable to discard the first hour of filtered water during operation.
Operate within the allowable conditions of the product.
Carefully read the usage instructions and seek advice from technical experts or hire installation services if necessary.
