Shipping Time

• On average, from 1-5 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays), depending on the customer's location relative to the company’s warehouse.
• All orders are processed immediately from the time payment information is confirmed.
• In special circumstances such as natural disasters or unexpected events, customers can contact Toàn Á JSC to adjust the delivery time to fit their schedule.
• To check the status of an order, please call our hotline: 0913 543 469, and our staff will assist and answer your inquiries.
• When the goods are delivered, please check the quantity and products to ensure they are correct. If everything is correct, please confirm with the delivery agent. If not, contact our hotline for support.

Shipping Costs

Orders within Hanoi City

• For orders valued over 10 million VND or a full vehicle load: Free shipping within Hanoi or within a radius of 15 km.
• For smaller orders or distant locations, Toàn Á JSC will help arrange a delivery service. Customers will bear the transportation costs.

Orders to other provinces

• If the order is large or falls within the company’s policy, we offer free delivery to the bus station. Customers will cover the cost from the station to the specified delivery address.
• For both small and large orders, we may charge an additional fee for transportation to the bus station. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost from the bus station to their address.
