Return and Exchange Policy

To protect the practical rights of customers and improve the quality of after-sales services, Toan A Environmental Technology Joint Stock Company has implemented a customer support return and exchange policy as follows:

Policy Objectives

To ensure customers' rights and benefits, and to enhance the quality of after-sales services. Toan A JSC will replace defective products with identical ones if the defects are deemed unrepairable due to manufacturing errors.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

The applicable time frame (calculated from the delivery date) varies depending on the product.

Conditions:

• The product must have its original manufacturer or company seal intact.
• The product must be confirmed as defective due to manufacturing errors.
• The packaging, shock-proof foam, included accessories, and promotional gifts (if any) must be intact.
• The product must not have any physical damages caused by the customer, such as dents, deformation, discoloration, scratches, or cracks.
• The product must be accompanied by complete documentation, including VAT invoices, warranty cards, user manuals, purchase receipts, and catalogues.

Cases Not Covered by the Return and Exchange Policy

• Customers wish to change the model or type without prior notification.
• The product is damaged due to customer misuse.
• Failure to comply with the return and warranty policy requirements.
• The customer has damaged or altered the product’s appearance.
• Missing accompanying documents, promotional gifts, accessories, or damaged packaging.
• Products that are functioning normally are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Products beyond the return period will not be supported under this policy.

Process and Procedures

Once the defective condition caused by unrepairable technical errors is confirmed, the return or exchange process will be handled within the specified timeframe.
