Characteristics

The RO water filter membrane Filmtec BW30PRO-400/34 is designed to minimize pressure loss, enhance fouling resistance with a 34 mil feed spacer, and facilitate easy cleaning. The product is made of durable Polyamide synthetic plastic with good impact resistance.

Usage Recommendations

Regularly clean and replace the membrane to ensure maximum water filtration efficiency.
Avoid sudden changes in pressure or cross-flow rate on the spiral components during startup, shutdown, cleaning, or other sequences to prevent membrane damage. During startup, gradually transition from standstill to operation as follows: Feed pressure should gradually increase over a period of 30-60 seconds. It is recommended to discard the first hour of filtered water during operation.
Operate within the allowable conditions of the product.
Carefully read the usage instructions and consult technical experts or hire installation services if necessary.
